The Confluence, the second phase of the Waterloo Greenway project, includes creek restoration and trail improvements along Waller Creek between 4th Street and Lady Bird Lake. The project is a partnership between Waterloo Greenway Conservancy and Austin Watershed Protection, Austin Parks and Recreation, and Austin Capital Delivery Services.
